Amazon.com Review With the goal of ideal alignment for the neck and shoulders, the DogBones NeckBones pillow features a cradling shape and soft, springy interior. Sewn to allow room for your neck while supporting your head, the piece is suitable to use in the car, on airplanes, or at home. It can be used during activities such as watching TV or during naps in an upright position. Fitted with side handles for easy placement, the pillow has 100 percent hypoallergenic polyester fill and can be machine-washed for maintenance. Approximately 14-1/2 inches long and 6-1/2 inches high, it comes in a variety of colorful solid and print fabrics to suit your taste. --Emily Bedard

pillow comfort December 24, 2008 G. Oliver (New York) I bought this for use by my mother when sitting in her wheelchair. The pillow is comfortable. There is some difficulty with keeping it in place. Perhaps a velcro attachment will solve that problem.
lifesaver for traveling December 17, 2008 C. Mahon (Philadelphia, PA United States) I get some nasty neck pain when I'm traveling, so I bought this to use on flights and in the room we were staying. It saved a lot of room in my bag compared with bringing my own pillow. I thought it would be much more firm, and was pleasantly surprised it is a bit squishy but just firm enough for me. I didn't have any neck pain the whole trip, and didn't have any trouble getting to sleep either. The only faults are it's not comfortable to sleep on if you're a side sleeper, and it doesn't seem like the cover is easy to clean. (there's a small zipped area where you can pull the filling out, but I'm too nervous I won't get it back in again the right way.) All in all, I really like this pillow.
Does what it should December 12, 2008 M. Jobbagy (Florida) A good pillow to keep your neck aligned properly while resting. My wife used these to sleep with all the time, I guess it depends on what you get used to. Handy shape, good for napping, traveling, and even a good nights sleep if your so inclined.
Great for your neck! Take it traveling too! December 1, 2008 S. Damm O'Donnell (Phoenix, AZ) I had one of these pillows for about 5 years. After frequent washings it became less firm so I bought two more. I sleep with the pillow cradled under my neck. It is great for when you sleep on your back or side. It helps ease the pain that I have due to arthritis. Recently I offered my adult daughter one of the new pillows I bought; she loves it! I've also taken a Dogbone Pillow on a trip to Ireland. The pillow offered me more confort on the long flight.
neck pillow November 29, 2008 Patricia Uhrik (TN) this is larger than I expected but I'm sure it will be used a lot....bright red color is great also...excellent price..!
