I've had several electric mattress pads and blankets in the past. I like the controller for this one the best - it has a very large on/off button, with clearly marked temperature grades.

This is our 3rd mattress pad heater. This one fits very well over our thick pillow top CA King mattress which is why we purchased it instead of the less expensive one. They seem to die every 3 to 5 years so we consider price first. The Sunbeam does what it should and we have no complaints about it's operation. The wire cords seem stiffer than necessary otherwise it's a great unit.

This is a wonderful product that works exceptionally well. The only problem is that it may get you too toasty and you have to use it on low settings!

These Sunbeam pads only last 5 years or so, but I buy them anyway because they feel sooooo good. I just wish they lasted longer. The coils stop working one at a time until it is obvious you need to buy a new one.

This is much better than a standard electric blanket. The whole bed is warmed and you barely realize it's there doing it's thing. A definite must have if it's cold where you live.
