I agree with the other reviewer, it is a very plush soft blanket and looks wonderful. I have had the same problem, on the king size. One controller or the other is always showing "E" (error) no matter how we lay out the blanket or try different outlets. Sometimes one controller will show numbers, but the blanket never heats up or even gets warm. Once, one side randomly got warm for a few minutes, then shut back off. We are returning ours too.

I was very excited when I received this product for christmas. I wanted a blanket for the couch and being tall my heated throw just wasnt big enough. This product looked to be of high quality when I removed it from package. The blanket was very soft. The problem is that every time you plug it in it gives an error. I have read product instructions and have tried everything. (including laying it completely flat with no one under it.) It works for about 5mins and then shuts off. We are returning this as soon as possible.
