First off I thought I was buying a bed pillow and it was just a pillow case. Which was kinda my fault because it did say pillow cover but the picture is deceiving. Anyway, The product had a funny smell and was not very soft. So, I wouldn't recommend.

I had a problem with down feathers from my pillows getting all over my bedroom. So I bought these covers to prevent the problem. Not only do they keep the feathers from flying, they don't allow the loose ones inside of the cases to poke through! GREAT PRODUCT! Very happy indeed.

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to try these pillow protectors. I've had some before that were such a thin muslin, they only lasted through a few washes. These are a decent quality percale, a little stiff even after washing, but just the thing under a pillow case. They are a generous size and even fit my jumbo pillows. I use them in my vacation rental, so they get washed often. Seams and zippers are holding up well and so is the fabric. Unless you plan to sleep on them without a pillowcase over them, don't hesitate to buy.
