I bought this alongside the PosturePro Lumbar support (black mesh for vehicle) and I have to say my daily lower back ache is gone. I use this HoMedics pillow at home while working and the PosturePro in my car. I bought both since they both had good reviews and the combination got me free shipping. Recommended.

My husband uses these in our automobiles to support his lower back while driving and finds them supportive and pain relieving. They stay in place and perform as he expects them to. I like that the covers are removable for washing. One drawback is that in colder weather they get very stiff and hard when left int the car until the car warms up. You either have to remember to bring the cushion in the house with you, or warm it up by the car heater before using. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with these ergonomic back support cushions.

We ordered this lumbar pillow for my husband who was having back pain. He likes it so much he asked me to order two more so he could have one in all the chairs he uses. I also gave one to each of my 80+ year old parents and they just love it to. Great product.
