I got this blanket to play with my 9 month old son on outside. I like that one side is waterproof for damp grass and the other side is soft and not a fleece material like most other blankets. I also like the size as it is larger than most blankets. Plenty of room for me my husband and my son to sit and play and still have room leftover. The dots are cute however light colored so I am afraid it will get dirty fast. I would buy this again only thing I might change is the pattern I picked as it will get dirty easy. I did not have any issues with slipping as some other reviews said.

Nice product. Easy to clean. Worked well on beach. Is very light weight so the wind picked it up a few times. Plan to keep in my truck for the park or picnics.

I got the colorful striped version of this blanket and it was a great size for an outdoor music festival this weekend. With an equally colorful beach towel for a little extra room, this gave ample space for three adults to lounge in comfort. The plastic/waterproof backing of this blanket did not make it hot or anything, and it protected us from any water seeping through to us.
I see some reviews stating these don't launder well. I've not laundered mine yet, but it seems very well made. I will wash it in cold on delicate and probably hang it dry and I do not anticipate having a problem.
The carrying case is really good too - has a couple pockets on it for your water bottles.

I bought this blanket for ours camping and pick-nick trips for our 10 month old baby, so he could play anywhere we would stay.
He loved the blanket and it is very comfortable even when directly on the ground with small rocks.
easy to pack and store.
The little down side is that even when pack it is still a little bit big, and it is not something that you take with you as a carry on when you go for a walk, only if you go with the car.
Otherwise, great product.
