Amazon.com Product Description
Pregnant moms who struggle to find a comfortable position will love the Leachco Back 'N Belly Contoured Body Pillow. Moms-to-be can sleep well and wake up without aches! The big, roughly U-shaped pillow has two contoured "legs" so you can sleep on your back or either side, tuck the end of the pillow between your knees, and elevate your head to ease heartburn.

The Back N Belly provides support for the back and belly at the same time. Simply reverse the ends of the body pillow for a "double decker" head support. It elevates and aligns the hips to help ensure a natural position, which relieves stress on joints. This Leachco body pillow helps relieve carpal tunnel, sciatica, gastric reflux, and nasal congestion.

The Back 'N Belly is made of cozy, warm polyester and comes with a custom cover case which can be removed for washing. It can be used in positions not shown in the illustrations: Mothers of different sizes, shapes, and sleep preferences can experiment, as many have, to find just the right configuration.

5 out of 5 stars body pillow   August 22, 2010
Jean M. L. Templeton (Mineola TX)
I gave this to a young pregnant woman and she said it was the most comfortable she has ever been.

4 out of 5 stars Glad to have it, but it's not a panacea   August 22, 2010
M.L. (Arlington, VT)
I ordered the Leachco Back 'N Belly pillow hoping it would help me sleep better and relieve lower back pain while pregnant. It hasn't relieved the back pain, and I still find I wake up in the middle of the night every time I turn from one side to another.

That said, I am glad I purchased this pillow. It is VERY comfortable (I love snuggling into it) and it's supportive. It's definitely better than using regular bed pillows to support my belly and to place between my legs. Not having to turn the Back 'N Belly pillow whenever I turn from one side to another is another advantage (and a big one) over regular bed pillows or other pregnancy pillows.

I was concerned about the size of this pillow. My husband and I sleep in a queen-size bed, and I was worried there would not be enough room for me, the pillow and my husband. I'm happy to say the two of us still fit comfortably in our bed, even with this big pillow.

I should also mention that I'm 5'4" tall, and this pillow fits me fine.

5 out of 5 stars Momma & Baby love it!   August 20, 2010

My wife was feeling uncomfortable (lower back), but this made her day. I surprised her with it, and she's loved it ever since. Now we need to buy a bigger bed though, because I only have about 1/16 of the bed for me. ;)

So comfortable! Great because it supports your belly AND your back at the same time. I didnt realize how much better my back could feel until I used this pillow. I do recommend it and would buy it again. I have not had any problems with it whatsoever. I use it in bed and on the recliner. Haven't had my twin babies yet but plan on using it around me to help w/ supporting the twins while breastfeeding.

3 out of 5 stars Comfortable, but...   August 4, 2010
E. Passineau (CT)
Pros:
*Very comfortable and supportive.
*Multi-functional use for pregnancy and post-partum.

Cons:
*Too big for a queen-sized bed or for napping on the couch, traveling, etc. (I should have listened to the reviewer who said so.)
*The slip cover is not very soft or easy to remove and put back on after washing.
*You cannot launder the pillow itself in anyway, just the slipcover.
*The fill really bothered my allergies.
*I thought it would be easier to turn on to my other side, but it wasn't.
*i had to maneuver into it on the bed at night as well as get out of it to get up and use the bathroom. Not ideal for a pregnant woman with a full bladder.
