Product Description Even the most comfortable beds become uncomfortable during pregnancy. The Back 'N Belly contoured body pillow helps moms-to-be find a comfortable sleeping position. The hourglass-shape inner curve provides needed support to both back and belly. The design cradles the body, making middle-of-the-night rollovers effortless with no need to reposition and adjust multiple pillows. Once Baby is born, it supports Mom's back and cushions Baby for comfortable nursing. The cover is removable and machine washable. 100% polyester fiberfill. Made in USA.
Amazon.com Product Description Pregnant moms who struggle to find a comfortable position will love the Leachco Back 'N Belly Contoured Body Pillow. Moms-to-be can sleep well and wake up without aches! The big, roughly U-shaped pillow has two contoured "legs" so you can sleep on your back or either side, tuck the end of the pillow between your knees, and elevate your head to ease heartburn. The Back N Belly provides support for the back and belly at the same time. Simply reverse the ends of the body pillow for a "double decker" head support. It elevates and aligns the hips to help ensure a natural position, which relieves stress on joints. This Leachco body pillow helps relieve carpal tunnel, sciatica, gastric reflux, and nasal congestion. The Back 'N Belly is made of cozy, warm polyester and comes with a custom cover case which can be removed for washing. It can be used in positions not shown in the illustrations: Mothers of different sizes, shapes, and sleep preferences can experiment, as many have, to find just the right configuration.

Zzzzz... March 17, 2010 Deborah Easter (DECATUR, AL, US) This pillow is great with a few drawbacks...
- The cover is difficult to remove for washing and even harder to put back on, so it's best to either make something or cut the end from an old pillowcase to cover the head area.
- The filling deflates easily, so if this is something you are sleeping on every night, the head portion will need something beneath it within a month.
- The cover isn't very soft, I would say about 150 TC or less.
Other than these issues, the body pillow is very comfortable and doesn't "run away" overnight!
Pregnant with Baby #5 and Wishing I bought this with Baby #1 March 16, 2010 Sarah H. Martin (Dallas, GA) I am currently pregnant with my 5th child. In all of my previous pregnancies, I have just stuffed pillows all around and "made do". My hips were always hurting and I didn't get great sleep at the end of the pregnancy. I had seen these back n belly pillows, but I just couldn't spend the money on it. Finally with Baby #5, my husband said, just buy the pillow. Boy am I glad I listened to him! This pillow is so comfortable and supportive. I have no pain or discomfort when I sleep and I am now in my 8th month of pregnancy. If you are like me and debating spending the money on it, DO IT! You will not regret it. I only wish I would have bought this pillow with Baby #1!
Sleeping soundly now! March 15, 2010 Megan N. Schmid Around my fifth month of pregnancy I was having a hard time getting comfortable enough to sleep. The first night I had this pillow, I slept great! It beats trying to position several pillows around yourself and keep you in place throughout the night. I love that I can flip over to my other side and the pillow is properly positioned. Worth every penny!
A Must Have March 15, 2010 D. Lair (league city, tx) I bought this pillow during my second pregnancy 4 years ago and was so thankful that I did. I was reluctant to purchase it at the time and actually paid more for it at that time....I suppose it was new on the market....but it was the best purchase ever. It supported my back and my belly as it says and I absolutely loved it. I was struggling with being uncomfortable at night....needing belly support....needing back support....and wow, this did the trick and then some. My husband even wanted one for himself. Mind you I'm 5'3" and he is 6'2" and we both found it comfortable. The material never bothered me like some reviewers have said, nor did it cut into my neck or shoulders. It is a huge pillow and it did take up half of our queen size bed but even so my husband was still comfortable on his side even with me using this massive pillow. I actually gave my pillow to my sister-in-law who had back problems (she wasn't pregnant...just struggled with back problems) and she loved it and used it like crazy. Now I'm pregnant with baby #3 and am considering ordering another one. I've been reading other reviews for similar pillows and I just keep coming back to this one because it relieved so much of my sleeping discomfort. Highly recommend. (It is difficult to get the cover on and off for washing but that's not enough to take any stars away.)
Hard, Uncomfortable March 12, 2010 Erica Lowry (Pittsburgh, PA) I purchased this based on all of the wonderful reviews. I have been tossing and turning and am having nerve pain in my lower back, I am 5 mos pregnant.
This pillow was terrible, I returned it. It was so hard I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible headache. Also the seam is in such a bad place that it pushes on your shoulder. I am picky with my pillows, if you are picky this may not be for you.
